Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own the responsibility for drawing actionable insights from the data and trends to increase overall business impact of marketing and communications. Each day, you will design, implement, and maintain the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting and analytics for marketing, communications, e-commerce, and lead generation campaigns, programs, and channels implemented through digital marketing and marketing technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and deploying workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

Location: Global, with a preference for EU time zone countries such as Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, India and Egypt.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Define, setup and maintain data sources (manual and automated) for GPG LVS product-related systems in collaboration with product managers and LPGs.

  • Collaborate with portfolio strategy manager and segment product managers to build analytics systems for market and competition studies.

  • Develop KPI reporting formats and dashboards for the global product management team, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

  • Analyze collected data, translate insights into KPI tracking, and provide optimization recommendations to campaign owners.

  • Design and implement change management practices to transition from manual to automated, KPI-driven approaches.

  • Support product managers in budgeting, business case development, and define, deploy, maintain and optimize relevant tool/systems.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis (product or marketing related) - Experience in switchgear related will be a plus

  • Strong capability in managing data platforms and leveraging analytics for informed decision-making.

  • Experienced in portfolio management, business strategy, or market intelligence to drive growth and competitive positioning.

  • Highly self-motivated with excellent coordination skills and fluent English communication for effective cross-functional teamwork.
