As a Goods Flow Assistant (PT) at IKEA in Pasay City, you will support the Goods Flow Team Manager in completing logistics processes efficiently and safely. This associate role focuses on maximizing stock accuracy and product availability through effective goods flow operations, lean working methods, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in the assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment.
  • Ensure efficient goods flow process and data integrity to maximize stock accuracy.
  • Contribute to optimized daily goods flow operations in a lean, simple, and cost-conscious way.
  • Contribute to the agreed goals of the Goods Flow Team and participate in goal-setting.
  • Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Support colleagues in preventing health, safety, and security-related incidents.

Requirements

  • Interest in home furnishing, customer needs, and the IKEA product range.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Commitment to delivering according to expectations.
  • Good attention to detail for accuracy.
  • Quick learner and proactive in asking questions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to daily tasks and changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

  • Forklift Certification is a plus.
  • Relevant skills and expertise in forklift operation is a plus.
