Responsibilities
- Support and influence the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective quality programmes.
- Develop presentations and communications for the business area.
- Review and benchmark industry good practices.
- Work within/towards accreditations and frameworks.
- Define best examples and influence key stakeholders.
- Participate in global business projects.
- Lead business initiatives.
- Undertake rotational placements over a two-year period, potentially including overseas and out-of-function rotations.
- Gain in-depth appreciation of business mission and operational practices.
Requirements
- Degree educated with a minimum 2.1 degree (or predicted) in a related degree, e.g. STEM, Business etc.
- Demonstrate a passion about quality, efficiency and integrity.
- Demonstrate a passion to learn and develop.
- Ability to absorb detailed complex information/data and identify key messages to produce executive summaries.
- Highly motivated and able to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to influence individuals and teams to achieve desired goals and objectives.
- Ability to work on own initiative with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
- Effective, accurate and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Highly effective team working skills.
- Commercial awareness and clear business acumen.
- Willingness to undertake national and international business travel, including potential overseas placements.
