Provide expertise and analytical solutions for machine efficiency improvements and support overall KPIs and competence in the production team. Be responsible for the operation of the production line with standard KPIs, monitor results, and take prompt action to solve process problems.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the operation of production line with standard KPIs.
Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line
Include and implement WCM Activities in the process and lead continuous improvement team

Requirements

At least 3 years experience.
Experience in WCM/Maintenance/Quality is preferred.
Solid Base in WCM/TPM
