Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a GenAI Planning Program Manager to oversee the returns lifecycle for Nvidia GPUs within the GenAI accelerator fleet. This role is responsible for monitoring SLA adherence, escalating disruptions, driving recovery plans, and optimizing RMA processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, procurement, and data analysis, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Owns monitoring SLA adherence across all Nvidia GPU components covered under RMA agreements, at key handoffs and nodes throughout the supply chain cycle.
- Escalates disruptions and drives recovery plans to resolution, coordinating across HWEng, Supporting Logistics Teams, AIS-SC, Nvidia, and GenAI SPMs.
- Ensures readiness of RMA programs for new Nvidia GPU components ahead of platform launches.
- Collects AFRs from HWEng.
- Coordinates with SPMs to size initial seed stock pool.
- Raises Buffer Stock RMA submissions in Nvidia’s portal.
- Monitors fulfillment of initial seed stock allocations from Nvidia.
- Monitors approved failure log coverage and surfaces gaps to HWEng.
- Expands NVTool into a scalable mechanism that supports budget planning for GPU spares, including ongoing monitoring of actual vs. planned spend.
- Leads initiatives to streamline and optimize the RMA supply chain, including onboarding Nvidia to the Janus Spares Supply Model.
- Monitors degrade rates post-launch to identify shortages to required target levels (considering purchased inventory and seed stock), advocating for additional seed stock supply, as needed.
- Monitors and escalates stuck inventory (e.g. replaced GPUs held without logs) requiring state change back to SPARE.
Requirements
- 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations experience.
- 4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in global supply chain management, managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consumer electronics product company.
