Atlas Copco Group is seeking a GenAI Advisor to provide strategic guidance and technical leadership on GenAI initiatives. This hybrid role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, evaluating tools, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI/GenAI, experience leading projects, and knowledge of Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend GenAI strategies.
  • Advise the organization on GenAI efforts, including drafting architectures, evaluating tools, and running POCs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to GenAI project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for GenAI solution development and implementation.
  • Stay updated on GenAI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ensure alignment on compliance, security, privacy, and application intake to maintain system integrity and security, adhering to standards and legislation (e.g., EU AI Act).

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of AI and GenAI, including the data science process (data extraction, model building, deployment, monitoring).
  • Strong understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, frameworks, tools, and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading (Gen)AI projects from conception to implementation.
  • Proven experience translating business requirements into technical ones, including drawing technical architectures and processes.
  • Familiarity with the typical development lifecycle and comfortable leading meetings over the entire project lifespan.
  • Knowledge of the Azure cloud stack, especially Azure AI and App Services.
  • Basic understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Knowledge of and clear interest in compliance and regulations.
  • Fluent communication in English.

  • Knowledge about DevOps.
  • Experience with tools/technologies/frameworks: Jira, Agile, Scrum, Confluence.
