Responsibilities
- Learn modern technology for packaging material production
- Lead preventive maintenance for automation and electrical equipment
- Drive diagnostics and root cause analysis for equipment losses
- Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (Total Productive Maintenance) activities
- Lead projects and participate in cross-functional activities
- Prepare and lead equipment modifications and improvements
- Manage people by setting goals, providing feedback, and improving skills
Requirements
- Recently finished (2025) or about to finish (2026) Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Confident computer (Microsoft Office) and presentation skills
- Knowledge and interest in automation & electrical systems
- Mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network
- Problem solver with strong personal drive
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and apply learnings into practice
- Fluent in English and Serbian, both written and verbal
