Tetra Pak seeks a Future Talent - Maintenance Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role involves developing basic maintenance skills, participating in preventive maintenance, and supporting efficient production operations while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Learn and participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities.
Request spare parts and place orders in accordance with maintenance processes and technical recommendations.
Develop skills to monitor equipment condition, identify issues, and restore basic operational functionality.
Support production operators to ensure the production line runs efficiently and without disruption.
Participate in equipment installation activities.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy working environment.
Execute all tasks in full compliance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture.

Requirements

Limited or no experience in hands-on technical work.
Willingness to develop skills and perform maintenance and/or repair work and installations tasks.
