Tetra Pak seeks recent graduates for its 18-month Future Talent Program - Maintenance Engineer in Mexicali, Mexico. This program offers hands-on experience, project rotations, and formal training to develop skills in plant maintenance, equipment implementation, and improvement initiatives, with a start date in February 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for plant maintenance and equipment implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and facilities management on investment plans and projects.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Support problem prioritization, reporting, and documentation.
  • Apply maintenance concepts and tactics.
  • Collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance for various equipment.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Requirements

  • Recent graduation in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Automate Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate or Advanced English level.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • University graduation date between December 2024 and December 2026.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Automate engineering concepts (nice to have).
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (nice to have).
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level.
