We are seeking a Full Stack Lead in Bangalore, Karnataka, India to design scalable architectures, develop front-end and back-end applications, and manage cloud-native solutions. The role involves technical leadership, performance optimization, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
  • Define front-end, back-end, database, integration, and cloud components.
  • Ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build back-end services, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or Golang.
  • Deliver complete solutions from requirement analysis to production deployment.
  • Design and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
  • Ensure application availability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Develop secure APIs and system integrations.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, and security compliance.
  • Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Drive technical discussions and architecture decisions.
  • Conduct security reviews and vulnerability assessments.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Work with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
  • Provide technical guidance and effort estimation for new initiatives.
