Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers, identify their needs, and provide advice about food content and menu choices.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Implement best practices for commercialization of food dishes and products.
- Merchandise and maintain food dishes and products to ensure availability, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure food production, service, and seating areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Prepare and operate Point-of-Sale solutions to take payment.
- Create the daily food menu, prepare, produce, cook, and serve dishes according to safety requirements.
- Receive, store, and replenish stock items.
- Perform operational tasks related to waste and inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role preferable, but not required.
