In short

We are seeking a Finishing Tech- Operator II for our 4th Shift in Springfield, TN. This role supports daily production activities, technical execution, and area performance by ensuring production plans are executed effectively, KPIs are tracked, and operational standards are met. You will work closely with supervisors, schedulers, operators, and engineering functions.

Responsibilities

Assist supervisors in executing daily production plans and meeting schedule adherence.
Ensure proper material flow, staging, and line readiness for production.
Assist in coordinating activities across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
Help resolve day-to-day operational issues impacting productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2–5 years of manufacturing experience
Experience in finishing operations or similar environment
Must be able to read and write in English
Must be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
