In short

This role is responsible for assisting supervision in driving daily production activities, technical execution, and area performance in a manufacturing setting. The Finishing Tech supports planning, execution, reporting, and inventory control, ensuring operational standards are met.

Responsibilities

Support supervisors in executing daily production plans and meeting schedule adherence.
Ensure proper material flow, staging, and line readiness for production.
Assist in coordinating activities across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
Help resolve day-to-day operational issues impacting productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2–5 years of manufacturing experience
Experience in finishing operations or similar environment
Must be able to read and write in English
Must be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
