Qualcomm is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support its global equity compensation programs. This role requires strong finance and accounting fundamentals, advanced analytical capabilities, and knowledge of equity compensation. You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and develop scalable processes using automation and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the Company’s global equity compensation programs.
- Partner across Stock Administration, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis related to employee equity awards.
- Improve reporting, controls, reconciliations, forecasting, and decision support.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Use automation, AI-enabled tools, and data analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with large-company financial systems and reporting tools, such as Oracle, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience using automation, AI-enabled, or advanced analytics tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, n8n, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of ASC 718, SOX controls, SEC reporting, payroll and tax considerations, and global equity compensation processes.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Finance, Accounting, equity compensation, stock plan administration, or related work experience.
- Active CPA license or country equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with equity compensation accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, or related analysis in a large, global, matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with Morgan Stanley at Work (EEO) or a comparable equity administration platform.
