Responsibilities

  • Update financial systems with the latest data.
  • Work closely with global region teams for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Master’s in finance from reputed B-school (MBA / M. Com) or Qualified CA/CMA.
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance FP&A.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, Oracle, or related financial systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to review process and support team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Flexible for early morning calls with global teams for reviews and transition.
