Responsibilities

  • Execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and ABB standard processes.
  • Plan and execute work with customers on a first-time right approach.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer operations and eliminate pain points.
  • Perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and perform analysis.
  • Prepare material lists for service activity and ensure availability and quality of parts.
  • Troubleshoot equipment/process failures and request proactive corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Electrical Engineer Degree
  • Minimum 2-4 years industry experience, preferably with Switchgear
  • Experience in relays and protection
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft and Windows
  • Ability to amicably negotiate and provide good customer service

Desired Qualifications

  • Electrical License preferred
