Your Role: Own the Challenge:

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of ABB LV & MV Variable Frequency Drives, investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions, coordinate with related teams to achieve objectives, and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer expectations, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and communicating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Ensure availability of required materials and resources by reviewing bill of materials and related documents, confirming that all parts, equipment, and tools are ready for service execution, and supporting efficient service operations.

• Maintain operational excellence by preparing and submitting accurate service documentation and reports, proactively identifying potential drive system failures, recommending corrective and preventive actions, suggesting improvements for products and processes, and strictly following health, safety, and environmental practices.

Challenges you will be conquering:

– Ability to travel up to 80% of the time and provide technical support during evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.

What it takes to Run what runs the world:

• Hands-on experience in LV & MV drives, including installation supervision, testing, repair, and troubleshooting of AC/DC drive systems and associated controls, with the ability to interpret circuit diagrams, wiring drawings, technical manuals, and specifications, along with basic safety procedure knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering.

• Strong communication skills both internally and externally with customers, solid electrical/electronic troubleshooting capabilities with reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), results-oriented mindset, ownership, teamwork spirit, continuous learning attitude, ability to work under pressure for extended periods with high efficiency, good time management, and mandatory fluency in English.

• 3- 5 years’ Service experience preferably in Drives
