Responsibilities

- Install, service, and troubleshoot air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and related equipment.
- Diagnose technical faults and deliver expert repairs with safety and efficiency.
- Use digital tools to log service activity, maintain up-to-date records, and report on performance.
- Participate in the on-call schedule and support urgent service needs.
- Attend live training and regular team sessions to keep knowledge and skills sharp.
- Act as a brand ambassador and identify opportunities for continuous improvement or added value.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or engineering field roles, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable and confident in using standard IT applications and quick to adopt new digital tools and systems for service management.
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence with a good driving record (no more than 3 points).
- Demonstrated adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong safety mindset in a fast-moving work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach and enthusiasm for resolving technical challenges.
