Requirements

Contractor management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Hands-on, practical approach to ensuring equipment reliability and operational effectiveness.
Strong understanding of operational excellence, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Leadership, resilience, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
