We are looking for an Experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Gdańsk or Viby. You will build features and applications for our Customer Service Agents and support incidents within the Commercial Salesforce area. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce development tools and a solid understanding of its best practices and architecture.

Responsibilities

Build features and applications for Customer Service Agents.
Support incidents across the Commercial Salesforce area.
Design, build and drive implementation of new features and functionalities.
Coordinate work and mentor other team members.
Troubleshoot and prioritize incidents related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Collaborate with developers to solve root causes of issues.
Define, secure, and monitor the system.
Document processes and improve ways of working.

Requirements

Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Clear insight of Salesforce best practices, coding, and design guidelines, as well as key Salesforce architectural concepts.
Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware (integrations with SAP ERP are beneficial).
Solid experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration.
Advanced design and implementation skills; strong grasp of architectural patterns and integration design.
Experience working in agile methodology.

Desired Qualifications

Desire to understand and improve customer service-related processes.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to less technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agentforce and Data360 is an advantage.
