Responsibilities

Contribute to the technical implementation of complex features and services.
Improve architecture and reduce technical debt.
Support other developers through code reviews, technical coaching and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate closely with Product Architects and product teams to shape technical direction and non-functional requirements.
Design and implement robust services, APIs and data pipelines.
Ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Drive best practices within code quality, testing, automation and observability.
Evolve CI/CD pipelines and strengthen platform reliability, performance and resilience.

Requirements

Several years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale data platforms.
Strong expertise within Azure Databricks, Azure services, Terraform, Python/PySpark and SQL.
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, GitHub and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Understanding of architectural patterns, integration design and modern software engineering practices.
Experience with CI/CD, test automation and DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of observability, performance optimization, resilience patterns and incident management.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor and guide colleagues.
Professional proficiency in English.
