As an Envisioning Specialist at the Microsoft Experience Center EMEA in Munich, you will host customers and partners, deliver engaging technology demonstrations, and lead discussions on business priorities. Responsibilities
- Host customers and partners at the Microsoft Experience Center EMEA in Munich, delivering solution demonstrations, industry scenarios, and customer success stories.
- Lead immersive experience sessions, translating complex technologies into compelling business outcomes through storytelling.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and documentation of demonstration content, including scripts, training materials, and guides for global reuse.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customers, partners, and the global Envisioning Specialist community.
- Collaborate with global technology operations and immersive experience teams for the deployment and improvement of technology experiences.
- Partner with Microsoft Innovation Hub Solution Engineers and cross-functional teams to learn emerging technologies and enhance engagement effectiveness.
- Gather customer insights, business trends, and feedback to recommend improvements and drive operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
- Experience presenting to large audiences and senior executives in internal and customer-facing environments.
- Experience delivering solution, platform, or product demonstrations to enterprise customers.
- Understanding of information technology, cloud computing, AI solutions, software industry trends, and digital transformation strategies.
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, information technology, digital transformation trends, and Microsoft solutions (Cloud and AI Platform, AI Business Solutions, Security).
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and present their value to executive and technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple priorities across global, cross-functional teams.
