Maintain existing O365 environments by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to user accounts, permissions, and collaboration tools.
Address new feature requests by analyzing requirements and implementing enhancements within the O365 platform.
Document processes, configurations, and solutions in O365 administration.

Requirements

Basic understanding of O365 administration tools and features.
Familiarity with user management, permissions, and collaboration tools in O365.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting and issue resolution in cloud environments.
