Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain EDI solutions for data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XML formats, schemas, and transformations.
  • Configure and optimize Sterling Integrator maps, business processes, and communication setups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and data flow.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement enhancements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on EDI, XML, and Sterling Integrator best practices.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and protocols.
  • Experience with XML technologies (schemas, XSLT, XPath).
  • Strong knowledge of Sterling Integrator for data mapping, partner setups, and protocol configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving data exchange issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail for accurate mapping, data transformations, and system configurations.
  • Familiarity with EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, SOAP, and RESTful web services.

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in EDI, XML, or Sterling Integrator are a plus.
