Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to exceed sales targets within the assigned territory for Industrial Automation Market.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline, focusing on new customer acquisition, opportunity creation and closure.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Actively engage channel partners with a focus on sales and market share growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing Industrial Automation key customers.
- Understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends analysis.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and participate in the annual budgeting process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies related to FLMC.
- Collaborate with the IA Business Manager to align new product development with evolving market needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of FLMC product portfolio supporting Industrial Automation Industries.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industrial sales experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to understand technical issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
- Ability to successfully work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% - 35% with overnight and extended travel days.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
