Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide portfolio planning and analysis for lease events, footprint changes, new location requirements, and cost trends.
- Own financial planning and governance for Workplace Resources, including budget development, forecast updates, and business case processes.
- Serve as the primary Workplace Resources contact during M&A due diligence, assessing office capacity, utilization, and lease obligations.
- Build and maintain operating playbooks, standards, and documentation for facilities operations, portfolio planning, and integration.
- Drive process improvement and automation to reduce friction and improve execution on portfolio, finance, and M&A initiatives.
- Partner with regional leads, business stakeholders, HR, Finance, and external providers to translate business priorities into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor progress and surface risks across global workplace initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, real estate, or a comparable field; graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, workplace operations, or related functions within large, complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing global real estate portfolios, operations functions, or finance within an enterprise technology environment.
- Strong working knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, lease accounting, and operating expense management.
- Proven capacity to lead teams, set direction, and drive execution across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience serving as a workplace or real estate lead during M&A due diligence and integration.
- Comfort working across geographies, time zones, and organizational boundaries.

- Ability to take a messy set of inputs from multiple departments and regions and turn them into a coherent portfolio recommendation.
- Skill in saying no constructively while redirecting conversations.
- Proactive approach to fixing broken processes and clarifying accountability.
- Ability to explain complex lease obligations, utilization trends, or capital tradeoffs to senior leaders concisely.
- Organizational skills to manage a global portfolio, M&A integration, and budget cycle simultaneously.
- Treats workplace operations as a product with users, outcomes, and a roadmap.
