- Lead and grow Autoliv's global Rider Safety business
- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy
- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, safety technology companies, apparel brands, distributors, retailers and other key ecosystem partners
- Build a strong international customer pipeline and accelerate commercial growth
- Shape the future Rider Safety portfolio, from rider-worn protection to motorcycle-mounted safety systems and connected safety solutions
- Lead a global cross-functional team and create a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
- Drive business validation, profitability, and readiness for global scale

- Proven track record of building, growing, or scaling businesses, products, or new markets
