Responsibilities
- Learn professional techniques and perform tasks for schematic design, board layout, board validation, or FPGA programming.
- Work and interact with a wide variety of T&M staff in R&D hardware and software organizations.
- Develop hardware and software solutions for design validation.
- Perform research as required to complete projects.
- Diagnose and debug technical challenges.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar STEM-related field.
- Understanding of electronics, computers, and programming (VHDL or Verilog preferred).
- Strong interest in learning about and working with digital, analog, RF, and computer technologies.
- Basic knowledge in analog circuit design principles.
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar STEM-related field.
- Junior or above standing.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a group development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills; enjoy problem solving.
- Ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently.
- Ability to persistently drive tasks and projects to successful completion.
- Ability to take ownership of goals, schedules; manages time well.
- Ability to listen attentively; grasp and engage in fast-paced technical conversations.
