Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, conversion, and quality checks/edits on digital content for comic readers.
- Validate accurate conversion of content to digital format.
- Understand comic content requirements, comics, graphic editing tools, and operation workflow tools.
- Continuously adapt to and learn new features on editing tools.
- Follow editing SOP to spot and fix errors in content.
- Perform content quality checks for user experience (flow and format quality) on Kindle devices.
- Use software tools for quality audit, content editing, and data capture.
- Be aware of operations metrics like productivity, quality, and delivery SLAs.
- Contact global stakeholders to provide status reports and communicate relevant information.
- Escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
