Responsibilities

  • Perform annotation tasks for ML data processes (audio, image, video).
  • Participate in data collection activities as instructed.

  • Conduct quality audits and verification to maintain high internal quality.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Track and share queries related to annotation/data collection.
  • Track daily task completion status and provide status reports.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.
  • Provide feedback to streamline processes and improve quality.
  • Offer remedial instruction in tool usage.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
  • Good familiarity with Windows desktop environment and tools like Word, Excel, IE, Firefox.
  • Flexibility and interest in performing repetitive tasks.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature.
  • Sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to meet daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
