In short

As a Design Lead in Bangalore South, Karnataka, you will develop conceptual and detailed mechanical designs for semiconductor deposition equipment, including process chambers, vacuum enclosures, and various assemblies. You will utilize software like Creo, NX, or SolidWorks to create models, drawings, and BOMs, and perform critical analyses such as GD&T and tolerance stack-up.

Responsibilities

Develop conceptual and detailed mechanical designs for semiconductor deposition equipment.
Design process chambers, vacuum enclosures, equipment frames, covers, brackets, manifolds and precision mechanical assemblies.
Develop 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies and BOMs using Creo / NX / SolidWorks.
Perform GD&T, tolerance stack-up and interface analysis.
Conduct design reviews and support design verification and validation.
Design mechanical systems associated with PVD, CVD and MOCVD equipment.
Design and integrate vacuum-system components such as chambers, flanges, seals, bellows, vacuum lines and pumping interfaces.
Support integration of gas-delivery and process modules.
Select suitable materials, seals and components considering vacuum, temperature, cleanliness and process requirements.

Requirements

Experience with Creo / NX / SolidWorks.
Proficiency in GD&T, tolerance stack-up and interface analysis.
Experience designing mechanical systems for PVD, CVD and MOCVD equipment.
Experience designing and integrating vacuum-system components.
Familiarity with gas-delivery and process modules.

Desired Qualifications

Experience designing sub-systems used in Semi deposition equipments.
