Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of harness design principles and engineering practices.
  • Solid understanding of electrical cabling, schematics, and power distribution methodologies.
  • Proficiency in 3D routing software and electro-mechanical packaging techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in Harness Design or related fields are optional but valuable, such as Certified Electrical Design Engineer (CEDE) or similar qualifications.
