Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to understand requirements and support data-driven solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data products using Power BI, SQL, and Azure data services.
  • Support the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data products aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in data analysis, visualization, and reporting activities to deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, data quality, and analytical processes.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Support data governance activities, including data quality and consistency initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within financial services or a corporate environment.
  • Good proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reports, KPIs, and analytical insights.
  • Experience working with data quality processes and resolving data-related issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business.

Desired Qualifications

  • Understanding of one or more business domains such as credit, risk, collections, asset financing, or portfolio management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data lake concepts, or Databricks is considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of statistical techniques and data modelling is advantageous.
