Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of security testing systems and test environments
- Integration of security testing into the product development lifecycle
- Vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and security scanning of products
- Responsibility for test laboratory equipment and environments
- Maintenance and improvement of test rig equipment
- Identification, investigation and analysis of security breaches and vulnerabilities
- Reporting of test results and support in incident response
- Forensic investigations and root cause analyses
- Regular system testing and risk assessments
- Development and promotion of cybersecurity testing best practices
- Support in customer-facing activities during development
Requirements
- Proven experience as Cybersecurity Engineer, Test Engineer or similar role
- University degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Experience with security testing tools, methodologies and technologies
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risks related to digital product security
- Knowledge of network security protocols, security architecture and IP networking
- Experience from agile development environments
- Self-motivated, proactive and accountable
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience testing embedded systems
- Cybersecurity and product security standards such as EN 18031 and IEC 62443
- Strong programming skills in C, C++ and/or Python
- Embedded Linux and Yocto
- Azure DevOps (ADO), Git and GitHub
- Wi-Fi, BLE, LTE, Ethernet and eMMC
- Wireless Mesh Networks
- MQTT, Modbus TCP and OPC UA
- U-Boot and Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong interest in emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats
