Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Supply Chain Team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and in alignment with company policy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and order status.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Transportation teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal departments with follow-up.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions for operational improvement.
  • Assist in documenting procedures and troubleshooting steps for the team's knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service
  • Experience working in SAP
  • Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer focused (both internal and external)
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with team members and customers

Desired Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
