Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and in alignment with company policy.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, availability, and order status.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Share customer insights with other departments to drive process improvements.
  • Assist in documenting procedures and FAQs for the team's knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer service.
  • Experience working in SAP.
  • Experience in inventory control, distribution, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Customer focused (both internal and external).
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with team members and customers.
  • Associates degree in business, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
