- Support store goals: Understand and contribute to the store’s commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure store safety & compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
- Promote IKEA values: Uphold and reflect IKEA’s values in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for home furnishing and an understanding of customers’ everyday life at home.
