Responsibilities
- Support daily order management activities in SAP and related systems.
- Maintain order information and update order status accurately.
- Assist in processing order changes, shipment splits, and delivery adjustments.
- Prepare and maintain export-related documentation.
- Support document collection and verification for shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment documents.
- Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and delivery arrangements.
- Track shipment status and provide updates to the team.
- Provide operational support to the Marine business.
- Participate in workflow standardization initiatives.
- Assist with testing and data validation activities for systems such as GEMS and TRAC.
Requirements
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- University students in their final year are also welcome.
- 0-2 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or related fields.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in English reading and writing.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.

Desired Qualifications
