Responsibilities
- Resolve employee inquiries about time and attendance & HR queries through phone and chat support.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for attendance management.
- Maintain detailed records in the service case management system.
- Apply Amazon's attendance policies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Address HR queries using standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Take full ownership of employee cases from initial contact to resolution.
- Document process gaps and suggest service improvements.
- Communicate clearly in English through both verbal and written channels.
- Contribute to team initiatives for service enhancement.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service.
- Report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or designated Point of Contact.
Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience or 6+ months of customer service experience or 6+ months experience in Amazon.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in confidential environments
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service to all Amazonians.
