Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and perform aging analysis
- Follow up on overdue receivables and manage collection activities
- Process bank transfers and payment allocations
- Perform account reconciliations and clear entries
- Support month-end activities, including provision calculations
- Manage customer master data and documentation controls
- Review credit limits and support credit release processes
- Coordinate legal collection follow-up and guarantee tracking
- Support trade compliance documentation and reporting activities
- Assist with audit requests and document archiving
- Support selected purchasing and administrative processes as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations
- Knowledge of collection processes, customer account management and credit control practices
- Experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English
