Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and data-related contracts.
- Support contract transactions involving digital, cloud, systems integration, and emerging technologies.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and risk considerations.
- Structure and negotiate deals to align legal risk with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior legal professionals on more complex matters.
Requirements
- Law degree (JD or equivalent) and authorization to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
- Minimum 4 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally within technology, consulting, or outsourcing.
- Experience negotiating intellectual property and data privacy issues.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong business judgment.
