Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, and schedule team activities for effective resource utilization and target achievement.
- Monitor sales and services activities to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Liaise with other departments (sales, marketing, HR, finance, supply, logistics) to integrate activities.
- Oversee complex contracts to maintain positive customer relations.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop contract management professionals.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / N3 Technical Qualification / Equivalent Qualification
- Section 13 Trade Certificate Millwright
- Proof of Training / Modules/POE/Proof of apprenticeship
- Basic Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- English proficiency
- Certificate/diploma/degree in business management
- Relevant mining experience (5 years)
- Experience in an underground mining environment, production section
- Medical fitness
- Valid Car Driver's license
- Own transport
