Responsibilities

Work alongside senior advisors on client research, interviews, and workshops.
Translate findings into clear recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Analyze customer journeys, commerce capabilities, and operating models.
Develop evidence for business cases and transformation roadmaps.
Experiment hands-on with AI agents, low-code tools, and automations to build prototypes.
Work with commerce and technology specialists to assess feasibility and own deliverables.
Contribute to go-to-market activities, including developing market insights, supporting pitches, and managing pipeline.

Requirements

3-5 years' experience in digital commerce, gained in consulting, at an agency, or on the client side.
Strong analytical and advisory skills; ability to structure ambiguous questions, work with data, and form practical recommendations.
Understanding of commerce technology, including platforms, product data, search, pricing, checkout, APIs, and integrations.
Curiosity about AI agents and hands-on experience building prototypes or automations with AI tools.
Commercial curiosity and ability to spot client opportunities.
Fluent English.

Desired Qualifications

Dutch or a Nordic language is a strong plus.
