Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts to maintain equipment in optimal production condition.
  • Simultaneously operate two or more CNC machines per shift and complete production tasks with quality and quantity assurance.
  • Work safely to prevent on-the-job injuries by following all safety regulations.
  • Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability.
  • Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper. Adjust machine to control part process.
  • Perform first part inspection with quality assurance and inspect work pieces throughout the production run for out-of-tolerance machining.
  • Exercise special care to ensure the machine is running correctly as damage to a machine may be costly.

Requirements

  • Major in mechanical production or CNC machine.
  • Vocational school graduate or above, major in mechanical production or machining.
  • Operating CNC machine min 3 years.
  • 3+ years of machining operation experience.
  • Ability to understand drawings.
  • Ability to operate CNC equipment.
  • Ability to set up CNC equipment.
