Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted partner to business teams, translating requirements into efficient cloud architectures.
- Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of cloud environments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices for consistent, repeatable deployments.
- Enforce security, compliance, and governance standards across all cloud solutions.
- Ensure high service availability by proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate across teams to drive innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous enhancement of cloud services.
- Support preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents and bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or similar or equivalent through relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Cloud Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure services (PAAS & IAAS).
- Strong work experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Cloud networking knowledge and practical experiences (VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, firewalls, DNS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Residing within Czechia.
