Responsibilities
- Ensure products are available to customers by completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with IKEA Health, Safety & Security Rules & Regulations.
- Work to ensure the efficiency of the fulfilment operation.
- Manually handle all products.
- Support the processing of orders to customers and the delivery team.
- Check the accuracy of picked orders and pack them.
- Hand goods out to customers and work with uncollected orders.
Requirements
- Comfortable using computers and handheld devices.
- Proactively look for tasks to be done and use initiative.
- Adaptable mindset allowing you to switch between different tasks/areas and work within tight timeframes.
- Work with guidance from your manager to achieve set goals.

- Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
- 16-30 hours per week, working 4-5 days including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends, with availability from 7.00am - 9.30pm.
