Responsibilities
- Assist sellers/vendors with Amazon tools for catalog creation, product listing, and shipment issues.
- Guide and help sellers/vendors with onboarding and train them on internal tools.
- Handle cases related to inbounding, product issues, and customer complaints.
- Provide inputs to sellers for managing customer feedback.
- Coordinate with sellers/vendors and internal teams for catalog creation and product imaging.
- Review Amazon catalog for content quality and coordinate fixes.
- Document processes and update existing SOPs.
- Handle daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Onboard new processes as per business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
