HCLTech is seeking a Business Specialist to assess the replacement of PeopleSoft Global Payroll with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role involves analyzing current payroll processes, identifying functional gaps, and providing recommendations for future-state design and implementation in Chennai or Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

Assess current PeopleSoft Global Payroll processes and configurations.
Gather and document payroll business requirements.
Perform fit-gap analysis between PeopleSoft Payroll and SAP ECP.
Evaluate payroll rules, earnings, deductions, and statutory requirements.
Review integration touchpoints with HR and downstream systems.
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Support payroll data, reporting, and compliance assessment activities.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions.
Develop functional recommendations and roadmap deliverables.
Present findings, risks, and solution options to leadership.

Requirements

Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Deep understanding of global payroll processes and best practices.
Experience with payroll transformation and migration assessments.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
Expertise in payroll schemas, wage types, and payroll configuration concepts.
Experience conducting fit-gap and business process assessments.
Understanding of statutory and compliance requirements across payroll functions.
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent documentation and presentation capabilities.

Desired Qualifications

SAP SuccessFactors ECP certification is preferred.
