- Fluency in English, both verbal and in written.
- Ability to build good relations and communicate effectively.
- Openness for changes and ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing work environment.
- Readiness to work with many tasks in the same time.
- Proactive approach in daily work.
- Readiness to search for new solutions and challenge existing status quo.
- Active driving license cat. B.
Desired Qualifications
- Very good knowledge of production process and related cost drivers will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Polish language will be an additional asset.
- Personal interest in home furnishing products.
