We are seeking a Business Analyst Support to join the ROW Supply Chain Analytics team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves creating complex SQL queries, managing ETL jobs, automating tasks with Python, and building data pipelines/dashboards to support key business decisions and provide data support to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain complex SQL queries and schedule/refresh ETL jobs.
Automate manual tasks and simplify them using Python.
Build data pipelines and dashboards.
Address dive deep requests, modify existing analytical frameworks, and provide data support.
Understand business requirements and quickly identify the root cause of reporting/BI/data issues.
Draft solutions for resolution, especially during high-demand periods like OP/3YF planning.
Own the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, queries, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing resources.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
Come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.

Requirements

2+ years of data analytics or automation experience.
Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
High attention to detail.
Bias for action.
Keen interest in analytics/BI/automation.
Ability to solve a business problem through a data-driven solution.
